How do I export my tickets?
Export the last 90 days for the best results — that's enough volume to surface real patterns without noise from a single bad week.

Zendesk: Reports → Overview → Export → CSV
Intercom: Conversations → Export conversations → CSV
Freshdesk: Reports → Helpdesk Overview → Export to CSV

Any CSV with a subject or title column will work. Include a description or body column for better results.
